Frequently Asked Questions
How are orders made?
Every piece is printed to order for you after checkout. Production usually takes a few business days before your order ships. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
What is in the first collection?
Maui and Great Smoky Mountains tees on the Comfort Colors 1717, plus Badlands Drainage and Grand Teton Ridge hoodies on the Comfort Colors 1467. Each design has a dedicated page with images, price, sizing and care.
Are the maps real?
The launch artwork is derived from documented geographic and elevation sources. Some compositions show a selected region rather than a whole park. Designs are decorative artwork, not navigation maps.
Where does the artwork go?
The True Ground river badge is on the front; the named place artwork is on the back. Images identify flat artwork proofs and garment visualizations so you know what you are viewing.
Is the clothing all cotton?
The selected True Navy Comfort Colors 1717 tees and Black Comfort Colors 1467 hoodies are 100% ring-spun cotton. The hoodie is a lightweight 6.4 oz garment with a jersey-lined hood. Other styles or colors will be described separately if added.
How do I choose a size?
Compare our garment measurement tables with an item you already own. The measurements are taken flat, not around your body.
Can I request another place or a pocket tee?
Yes. Use the custom location inquiry. We review geographic data, product, proof and price before taking a custom production order. An inquiry is not a purchase.
What about shipping and returns?
See shipping and delivery and returns and order help. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; the customer pays return shipping. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Which Bible translation do you use?
Any Scripture text in Biblical Places uses the King James Version. Traditional or uncertain historical sites are identified as such.
