Returns of unused items

Changed your mind or need a different size? You can return unused, unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first through our contact form with your order number and we will reply by email with return instructions and the return address. The customer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded. Please do not send items to a printer address.

Each garment is printed to order, so we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the unused item and place a new order.

Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production starts, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom location requests

A location inquiry is not a paid order. We review the geography, product, price and proof with you before a custom order is approved.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
